#1 You might have been asked to file into 3 or 5 classes but most possibility your product belongs to 1 or 2 classifications only. There are a total of 45 classifications, please check the details.<br />

#2 You should ask for the Serial Number immediately because the USPTO generates the Serial Number immediately upon filing.<br />

The Trademark details will start showing within 3-4 hours of filing.<br />
<br />
#4 Even if you don't have the serial number but if you can search your filing details using "Trademark Name", "Your name" or "Your Address" using this website.<br />

#5 The search details will start showing on the above website overnight.<br />
<br />
#6 Use "Basic Word Mark Search (New User)" under tmsearch.uspto.gov url to search. On the page add your trademark name or your name or address under the "Search Term:" but change the "Field" from "Combined Word Mark (BI,TI,MP,TL)" to "All" to see the details.<br />

Once you follow the above steps you know if the filings have been completed or not.<br />

It is very easy and can with done within 20-30 mins, I did my own Trademark after this experience.<br />

Once your Trademark is filed then immediately call your credit card company and file a fraud/dispute against the transaction and the credit card company will return the amount.
