I ordered a pair of the special Sapphire Glasses that are supposed to zoom far and near, etc. I ordered the prescription recommended for my age, but forgetting on my part that I had lens replacement surgery which changed my prescription to 20:20. I received the glasses from China. They were attractive and seemed well-made, however, the prescription was far too strong for me. They are produced by Shiyel by sold by Runaivetein San Diego, on Facebook, and also under different seller names using the same commercials. I have exchanged about 5 emails with Runaivete, finally being fobbed off to "customer service". The link ran out after 1 or 2 days and I could not make contact. I finally got another link which took me to the wrong payment platform, not customer service, but the link therein did not work. I asked Runaivete again and the link disappeared again. I want to exchange them or obtain a refund. Runaivete has not responded, so I plan to write directly to the Chinese manufacturer. I don't have a lot of hope. Their only value is for minor magnification.
When I click on a product for a freebie, the bottom text slides left and disappears. I am not asked for my address for shipping. When I try to click on another, nothing happens.
If I click "add more", a few more products appear and I can still only click on one, then am blocked from further actions. Have never received any products in over a yr of trying. I did get one from another site after they asked me about my satisfaction with their sample. I told them I never received it. Did get a very small sample a month later.
