Fortunately, the problem resolved itself after about three days, and I moved on, although I did leave a negative review due to the lack of timely support.<br />

On August 17, 2024, I received an email from someone named Senad, who introduced himself as the founder, asking me to update my review. While I initially hesitated because I didn’t feel the support issue had been properly addressed, I was open to discussing it further.<br />

However, following this exchange, I received a message from Senad informing me that my account was being terminated, which was promptly carried out. This caused significant disruption, as I had several services connected to their platform, and I now need to make numerous adjustments as a result.<br />

I want to caution potential users to be aware of this company’s business practices. Based on my experience and the numerous negative reviews already posted, I am concerned about the company's future and approach to customer relations.<br />

To clarify, I never demanded financial compensation, only a basic level of respect and support when requested. I have evidence (through email tracking) that my follow-up messages were received, yet I received no further communication beyond an initial suggestion to clear my cookies, which did not resolve the issue.<br />

It was the company that canceled my account after my response, without any attempt to engage further or understand my concerns. I was simply told, "We are sorry you’re unhappy with our services, so we are canceling your account."<br />

I have retained all relevant documentation, including the account termination notice, and would appreciate it if others refrain from flagging this review unnecessarily. Additionally, when my account was canceled, only one of the three services was terminated, leaving the other two active—possibly in the hope that I wouldn’t remember to cancel them myself.<br />

I believe companies should handle customer dissatisfaction with empathy and professionalism. A simple offer of goodwill, like a free week or a discount, would have gone a long way instead of abruptly canceling the account.<br />

I'm in the process of getting my subscription payment back. They will get a penalty fee of $15$ (Stripe rules). They are the most dump scammers ever. No way to cancel your subscription or track your plan. The thank you page is broken.
They don't cancel your subscription and don't refund. There is no way to cancel with them unless they do it. Beware of that company. I've had to block my card because of that.
