I cannot express how disappointed I am in Lexington Law. Just yesterday, I signed up for the service and spent over 1 1/2 hours with Marissa, a Credit Consultant. I paid for the credit report even though this website, along with others indicate it's free of charge instead of the $14.99 I paid. During the session, we went over every single credit item (and there are lot of them) on all three bureaus. Today, I receive an email asking me to go through my credit reports and identify those items that need to be disputed one by one. This couldn't be true, since I completed the process yesterday. I called in and waited. The Paralegal explained that my file had not been completed. In fact, Marissa, labeled each item as not applicable. What? It may seem small to them, but dealing with credit issues is hard and painful. It's important to know you can believe it people who are working on your behalf; not to mention the service is NOT free. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Of course, no one is available. Yes, I'm ranting because I'm always disappointed in poor customer service and a lack of professionalism especially when you're just getting started. The worse part is nobody and I mean nobody cares!!!!
Honestly I don't know where to start with. I had a very frustrating experience with this non-responsive company that seems to do nothing but be intent on ruining time and wasting money. First they try to scare you that someone could damage your credit card information as well. <br />
Then they sell you their service.<br />
They will steal your identity I have made a complaint already to Authorities and they are investigating about this company. <br />
All they do is false advertising of their services and claim what they really can not do.
I was looking for a personal funding company that can get me a $250K-$300K and my friend told me to try Rapid Unsecured Loans. They did not helped me and funded me. All staff are so rude and trying not to help. Worst services ever, not going to recommend this to anyone. They will ask you to pay $1999 for there service fee so they can help you get funded. And once you pay them the amount they will start ignoring you. There sales team are professional Scam Artists will sell you dreams. Stay away from there scammers.<br />

RapidUnsecuredLoans are really Con Artists, wasted my time and $1999 as well. And now they have stopped responding to my calls and Emails. I am surely gonna complaint about them to authorities.
Behind the Scenes are people who are highly trained Scam Artists and they know how to steal money from you. Worked at this company for 9 months. I was lied to and promised opportunity for promotion in about 8 months, upon, and when I did apply for the open promotion, they gave it to a person who had only been at the company for 2.5 months vs 8-months (being me). They say they do promotions based off quarter reviews and performance. Performance is understandable, which I was acknowledged for. Though, overall is nonsense, given my predicament. Also, 5 of my co-workers who I worked with when I first started in Processing, all got promoted within 8 months to better positions, 2 of which got promoted at the same time at 8-months of experience. The company has a fake culture that they force upon you, not because they cherish or practice anything religiously. Most, especially managers, of the people put on a fake, bubbly, super-nice personality, so, everyone seems nice upfront, but, when you actually start working truly in the atmosphere, it's a different animal entirely. Don't slip up with what you say verbally or electronically. DO NOT go into the processing department for this company, where I was, horrible micromanager and uneven work-to-pay-load.
