DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! If I could give them ZERO stars, I would!! I ordered a simple part, which according to their own catalog came in package of 10. After receiving it, I was only sent ONE item. Contacted customer service, included a screen shot of their actual web page & received an email stating "Sorry, it was a catalog error which would be corrected soon, but the item is only sold individually. And that the statement ("***THIS GM PARTS CATALOG IS A GUIDE ONLY *** The GM parts catalog available here online is not as accurate as the catalog that is available to a GM dealerships. Errors may occur.) was posted clearly on their website; therefore, they would NOT be assisting me any further! But thank you for your business." REALLY?!!? Their customer service sucks & they honestly could care less about their customers. By the time I ordered an additional part, I would've paid the same amount for a package of 25 of the same item from Amazon with free shipping! I only needed 2, so I originally thought that was wasteful. Do yourself a favor though & DO NOT order from them. They are operating with extremely dishonest business practices. I was also told I could return the $6 part for a refund, minus a restocking fee & that the $4 shipping was non-refundable; plus I'd need to pay to ship it back myself. Unbelievable! There are MUCH better companies out there, so definitely AVOID THIS ONE!! Also, their website is full of mostly 5-star reviews, which seems a little fishy; considering all of the negative reviews everywhere else. I hope this saves you some major regrets!!!
