I was very disappointed in the service that we received at the Hampton Inn Airport parking we booked through you! We had multiple issues,
1) the girl that was on the desk the morning we dropped the car off was very unhelpful and rude, we arrived before 10
I was very disappointed in the service that we received at the Hampton Inn Airport parking we booked through you! We had multiple issues,
1) the girl that was on the desk the morning we dropped the car off was very unhelpful and rude, we arrived before 10 minutes 4 am due to the instructions stated the shuttle to the airport ran on the top of each hour, she asked me if I called the day before to schedule the suttle, I said no, that was not in my instructions, she said it is, it is first come first serve, I said that still does not say call ahead to schedule the shuttle, so I had to order a UBER to take us to the airport, after having to drive all over the lots to find a parking spot, I thought that the shuttle was part of the parking reservation? So then when we returned on the 5/20 early morning,1am, we did as instructed, got our luggage and then called for pick-up, I was hung up on first, then told she would send the shuttle out, would be there in 15 to 20 min, and where to meet it, we were at the pickup location within 3 mins, no shuttle, after 35 min I called and she said she would send him back out, it would be another 15 mins, after nearly 1 hr of waiting the shuttle finally arrived! So they waisted an hr of my time, after traveling all day, when we just wanted to get to our hotel room to sleep at another hotel because the Hampton Inn was almost $400 that night. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED, I would have just parked at the airport if I knew what a hassle and added expense for an Uber and waisted time!<br />
