I have no access to my money
I have no access to my money . Contacted support for months , I was told the issue was being fixed. Now I am told to pay so they can transfer it to another wallet, i paid and that didn't work. Support still will not help. Now my ETH is unavailable

I was scammed by these people. Every time I tried to withdraw my money they just tell me the payment went through but then when the invoice is generated it comes out as a default.They said that it was transferred to Binance and I contacted them and

Fell for the scam
Fell for the scam. Deposited my money and then did some more research to see that they are a scam. Asked for my money back and the very rude guy insisted on knowing my reasons, and when I gave my reasons he still belligerently demanded to know more
