I have no access to my money
I have no access to my money . Contacted support for months , I was told the issue was being fixed. Now I am told to pay so they can transfer it to another wallet, i paid and that didn't work. Support still will not help. Now my ETH is unavailable

Total scam
Total scam nothing else qualifies them , if you get a large amount of BTC in your wallet they will suspend the transaction until you pay a fee of 20% tax . Don’t deal , i contacted BROADOAK-C A P I T A L[removed by editor] , got help fast.

Worst company
Worst company I've ever dealt with. They will lock your account for no reason. Then when you try to get an answer you have to pay , no explanation, or resolution. They should be investigated because they are literally stealing from clients with this
