If I could give a zero stars I would. The worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I was lied to you by two different employees saying that my package was already on the way it never was. Then hung up on after being lied to a third time. Then I received an email saying that it was shipped and then it never was shipped until 5 days later after that email. I've been asking for a refund since 48 hours after I made the order and they all told me that it was on the way and they couldn't do anything about it and it never got shipped until 7 to 8 days later. I was told to call back and speak with the supervisor on Monday. I called back. There's nobody to speak to, which I'm guessing there is no supervisor and I've been lied to the entire time and they've just been pushing me along and telling me what I want to hear to get me off the phone. Do not ever use this service is the worst website I have ever used in my entire life. Customer service is terrible. Everything about it is horrible.
