Same experience as the two other comments. ORdered a luggage in November 2022, tracking said it was delivered in December but it was never delivered. Contacted the website, they said they would investigate and finally offered to ship another one. Same experience, tracking said it was delivered in late january 2023, contacted them again, they said to verify with my local post office. They said it was probably because it was held at custom or someone stole it. Making any excuses not to action my refund. Ended up telling me early march that they could only refund 15% because it cost them alot of money to send 2 luggage ... I replied saying they were a scam, showed the reviews from here, waiting to see what happens but I reported the website to google.
