Because I sent 2 emails asking for my order confirmation and we when I receive my boots but till now no answer but they took my money straight away

I have sent 2 emails but no answers I bought a par of boots but no order confirmation no tracking number nothing,but the money as being token from my account, this is the way you working? without any respect for customer, not nice,still waiting for
