Told me a pack of lies about a delayed departure and wanted 1545 dollars over the 2700 I already paid. Luckily I checked at airport who told me they are scam artists.

impossible to get help for ticket change
Forget using this company if you need to change your ticket. I was never able to speak to a person and got different, sometimes contradicting answers on chat. Norwegian airlines will not allow you to make changes if you book through them either.

Think twice before you use Ciconia travel
They stated in writing I would receive a Jordan pass and then reneged. It cost me 52 dollars abd a lot of time in the airport at midnight. 24.Decenber 2022. They refused to compensate me. Apparently they don’t know what breach of contract is or
