I have been waiting for my food parcels from home (South Africa) for over two months. I sent the company a number of emails at first they replied by saying that due to customs issues they cannot deliver my parcels to South Korea. So, they will try using a private courier company, but I opted for a refund instead. I am still waiting for the refund and have been sending them countless emails with no reply. I am very dissatisfied with their customer service.
