They have the most horrible customer care. I bought a giftcard December 2021 foe $150 fir my husband. He went to use it with a zero balance, calling in they tell him it was used in Canada at gas stations. The 16 digit number conveniently disappeared as an error, and they folliw up inly with the 16 digits. They thought odd, but saw my transaction and told him to put the reference number in there instead for the fraud investigation. Muktiple emails later, multiple times resending the gifm, multiple calls explaining and lustening as they source over and over and multiple zero responses or responses that are completely showing they did not read the freaking form with actual details. 8 months later no resolution, no customer service, compensation or even an I am sorry. They say their site was probably hacked, but again no resolution. I am supposed to just deal with their obvious problem holding our private information.
