I bought some clothes from remix bg, one of the shirts had glue on the collar from the previous owner. Fine, it’s second hand, this happens.
After I while I hadn’t worn several of the things I bought from Remix so I decided to sell these and a lot of other things I have had for a long time and barely worn. One was an expensive sweater in perfect condition, I was sure it would be perfect to sell. <br />

Well, they accepted 2 out of 20+ items and want to charge me to send my clothes back to me. <br />
<br />
They didn’t accept items they had sold me, that were in the same condition they sold them in, saying it “didn’t meet standards”! <br />
<br />
They sold me a shirt with glue on it but won’t accept perfect condition unused items. <br />
<br />
They will either charge me to return them, “recycle” them (so throw away perfectly good clothing, nice for a company supposed to promote sustainability) or, more likely, sell them anyway and not pay me. <br />
<br />
I am in contact with them and they won’t explain this and won’t help. They just want more money to get my clothes back or they keep them and don’t pay me for them.
