Terrible business. Terrible customer service. Avoid this company.
I ordered 3 boxes of supplies from their website. They then sent me a weird Courier notification that my order would be delivered (to them) with a couple of days.
And then, days later (after the above package "Arrived") they informed me that they didn't have full stock and proceeded to send me 1 of the 3 boxes. <br />

So, what they did was pretend that they had stock, ordered it from another company and then when it didn't show, told me that the other two would be "backordered" -- with no information about when they would be delivered. <br />
<br />
This is annoying -- I wouldn't have ordered in the first place if I know that they had no stock.<br />
<br />
But then, when I asked to cancel the remainder of my order, they did not give me any rebate on the shipping. And so a $40 order cost me $38 in shipping. Had I known I never would have ordered with them.<br />

Additionally, dealing with their customer service is a nightmare. They take days to respond and the only communication is via messaging on their website and it was thoroughly unhelpful. Their command of the English language is questionable. <br />
<br />
I would avoid this company! I'm not sure it this is a scam or not, but I definitely feel scammed.
