Website states a processing time of 1 business day. After 10 days of my order remaining unfulfilled, I requested cancelation very early today. They refused to take my call all day, and did not respond to my request via email. Last time I requested an update on my order 5 days ago, they very promptly (withjin 2-3 hours) sent a poorly worded reply stating that they had a backlog of orders they were tying to fill that they had failed to notify me of prior to or after placing my order.
