I ordered a pair of hiking shoes from their website. When I logged in a week later to check status of my order, it showed there was no order associated with my account. I checked my credit card activity and saw that they had charged my credit card. I sent them a message through their website asking about my order and they never responded. So I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. I have not yet received final word from my credit card company yet about if I will get my money back.
