I am extremely disappointed in my purchase. Ordered the Vitality pillow and it is by far, the worst pillow I have ever purchased. Absolutely no support and when I lay on it, it goes completely flat as if I were not even using a pillow. Made outreach

i received my order the day after i ordered it. tackle direct is the best. unfortunately i had to return the reel. i ordered left hand by mistake. tracking says you should get it today,and then you will send me the right hand version. i worked it

Horrible experience. We ordered cases of aluminum re-fillable water and we were sent glass cases of ginger beer, half of which were broken. We received confirmation and paid for the water that was intended for a sales meeting.
