This company will clean you out! You cannot get your money out. As soon as you sign up you'll be given a bonus which they tell you does not have to be repaid. I was told it would increase my earnings which is how they get paid. Then comes the Bonus Terms and Conditions which states you must have 50 times your initial investment within 6 months before you can withdraw the initial investment. Minimum investment is $250 so 50 x 250=$12,500 in order to withdraw your original $250. Very few people invest only $250. I got a call saying there were earnings that they wanted to deposit in my wallet but I had to prepare my wallet first. When I did that I was told that it would be in my account within the hour. It was not. I complained to my account manager and someone else called apologizing for how I was treated. He said the same thing that once I prepared my wallet the money would be in my account within the hour. Again it was not. The third time the call was from the head of finance and the same thing happened again. Now I demanded my account be closed and my entire personal contribution be refunded. It hasn't happened. My complaint went to client services and the company offered to settle fir $2000 but my personal funds are more than $19,000. I said no. But get this: Their General Terms and Conditions say they can use pseudonyms. So you never know who you are talking to It maybe the same person several times using different names. What business does this? I have reported Crystalead to several places already and plan to report them everywhere possible in every country and to every crypto exchange, Citizens Advise, Econsumer, Action Fraud and anything else I can find in order to try and stop this. The damage these sub-humans cause is so much more than just Financial!
