Terrible company! I have contacted this company on several occasions asking them to remove my personal information from their website. They have refused to comply. Even companies that specialize in helping people get their information off the internet have a hard time with them. They have no opt out option which is pretty bad. Many people have the same complaint on other websites. I emailed them and this was their response:<br />

Their good reviews on sitejabber and here are FAKE. The profiles are recent and they leave good reviews for radaris[removed by editor] as well. Give me a break.
I placed an order and for nearly two months the charade went on. I asked the company to give me updates on the order status on numerous occasions. No updates were given. The owner did not respond until a PayPal dispute was opened. Thankfully [removed by editor]. Very poor communication and very shady. And to top it off the owner sent a message through PayPal stating that if I did not close the case he wouldn't send the document. PayPal saw this as a huge red flag and returned me my money. Proceed with caution if you need a certificate from the Dominican Republic have a loved one or a trusted friend go for you. I noticed a pattern that every time someone left him a bad review. He always had a "rebuttal". Super shady. Stay Away.
