I did not want to buy here but eventually took a chance
I shied away from this for a couple of reasons. First, my Capital One App referred me to them due to price but many referrals I check out as bad. Second, the website did not catch my eye. I'm a decades member of the Life Extention Foundation but also buy from many you probably know of. I spend hundreds a month on supplements. If they are worthless at least I have the most expensive urine in town. I took a chance. The prices on most things are super cheap. Their service? Fast? I submit the order and suddenly a knock is at the door with the package. OK, a little exaggeration but even the second order took no more than two days. I can't say enough about my experience. If nothing else at least compare their prices with other places. This week I bought(again) pycnogenol from them. One brand was recommended to a lab I subscribe to. It's very expensive usually 100 pills and a low dose of 100mg is $69.99 or more. I literally paid half.
This was a vendor I promoted on a couple of blogs as if I owned them. That was in the past. Last week I apologized to my blog peers by updating some bad news. I saw the change about 8 months ago, more or less, and not only were my orders shorted but the arguments and excuses were embarrassing to read. Everything I say or can say since there’s more, I can prove with saved communications. Being shorted on free goods that come when paying with Bitcoin is one thing but leaving a very needed, at this time, product out completely is another that I paid for is dishonest since it’s also denied by the vendor. This is not the first time but the reply sent to me speaks volumes. I've been called a liar and so on but her excuse was that I DID received the product because it was checked with the packing slip at the warehouse and also Customs.y If Customs opened the package I would not have received it. Lie #1. Next she said the customs lists all in the package. Lie #2 The product is not sold in the US but not illegal to own. The slip on the package only states, "Healthcare Product".There is never a slip inside. BTW, there were supposed to be products not a product. I've been a great spender and customer for at least 2 or more years PLUS became their unofficial spokesperson in my blog group and introduced them to all which they really appreciated. Not one, twice, but a few times. Meanwhile despite leaving out product in the past the was supposed to be included, their reply was "we did not want to open our container since it would leave us with uneven numbers so remind us next time" "We will include it if mentioned it with your next order” which I don't do often. I let all the shortages in the past go because although entitled, I did not pay for them. This product recently left out is for pain that is needed NOW not months in the future. She claims it was sent anyway. I also paid a nice price and you would think they would at least refund for what I paid for and did not get. Reports like mine are popping up on Reddit, Review.io and more. See how many you find even worse where many received nothing.
After placing the order and seeing the tracking I was already concerned about this vendor. What the vendor site stated as 'FAST delivery" didn't seem to coordinate with the package first go to the Middle East (I'm in CA USA)then after going through their systems it was on its way to New York. Despite that, going through customs and the whole bit I still got the order in two weeks or so. I'm not even angry that his Big sale double just after I ordered. I guess we'll do it again
