So this company has an angry feminist named Amanda Ramirez as first contact so that should tell you something about customer service.
After getting no were with the cono on my inquiries I made a comment on the site's review about her and received a reply from a person with a different name (who I now believe to have been her) told me to make a reservation from the 28, March to 31, March for the four day tour of the city and canal I did that only to find out that it is a religious holiday week and air fares from Costa Rica to Panama a flight of less than two hours is $1000 at least double normal fares that is her way of getting back at me setting me up to get screwed by the airlines. I canceled the reservation but not soon enough and they are keeping all my money.
This is a company like Redbox that ships to central and south America from the States. I shipped two packages with them to Central America, first thing, they lost the packages for a week in their depot in Florida and then they charged my account 116% of the purchase price for one item and 79% of the purchase price for the second item when both items should have been charged 29.95%. They charged my account after the items left Custom in the country they were sent to without me going on the website and authorizing the charges as is required.
I have been trying to learn Spanish for several years and failing miserably, I had seen some good reviews on this website and went there, and eventually signed up.
I had one class with a teacher who refused to explain things in what I would consider a reasonable manner, he became offensive verbally and defensive at my insistence upon him explaining things to my satisfaction and left the class after 10 minutes. The next day I was thrown off the site, with no chance to find another teacher and try again.<br />

I had a conversation that day with the owner of the site who admitted to me (and I have an audio recording of the conversation) that he turned over administration of who can be on the site and take classes and who can't to the teachers. He claims that they were being abused so instead of recording classes with consent so they can review if there is an issue he gave the teachers total control, so now the monkeys are running the zoo! <br />

This site is unsafe, I am not calling it a scam or a fraud just it is unsafe, don't go there and don't believe the review I believe or think that the reviews you would see online if you google researched the site are paid reviews.
First complaint is that the company is racist, they racial profile people by saying that for example I am retired living in a Central America country, that the national language is Spanish (but I do not speak Spanish) but Samsung says that since the national language is Spanish everyone is Latin and speaks Spanish so all communication on your Samsung item, phone, TV etc. from them is in Spanish and the people at Samsung says it CANNOT BE CHANGED!!!<br />

I found out that while I was setting up the Phone I got. That while in the process of doing so it created an account for me Samsung[removed by editor] without my consent or knowledge! I only knew about it later when I went into my email there was a confirmation of my new account on Samsung[removed by editor]? I am unable to sign in using the information in the email the site says the password is wrong and when I try and reset the password it will not take any password I try, I get an error message about the password not being within their rules and why but the why does not apply to the passwords I am trying to change it to!!??<br />
I contacted Samsung and they refused to remove my account and refused to create a password that would work, email to me so I can go on the site and delete the account myself.<br />
So now Samsung has STOLEN MY PERSONNAL INFORMATION!!!???
I tried the free version offered in google store extensions and it was great so I signed up for a year after a month the app stopped working and I had to remove, the company has refused to refund my money or do anything about the issue.
The staff lie all the time! If you have an issue they just make stuff up, lie and if you do not believe them and want real answers they label you a trouble maker.
Once they do this they mess with your packages, they will tell you that you have to get government approval for items you do not need approval for, they steal money from you and they commit fraud on your bank account.<br />
If you try and contact the corporate offices in Miami they block your attempts and forward your call to the offices in your country, if you make a complaint about the people working for aeropost in your country to the corporate offices in Miami they forward the complaint to the offices in your country for them to investigate themselves?<br />
This company is absolutely dishonest, abusive, thieves a fraudulent company on every level
I did some business with this company in Costa Rica everything was fine except I could never get the drop down menu for the calculator to work. I would have to go [removed by editor] to get numbers for any items I was interested in and this upset them so I sent them screenshots, offered to do a video or do a video call and show them but instead they decided that I am just to fucking stupid to know how to do it and started being assholes to me so I closed my account....guess it is easier to attack a customer when something goes wrong than to figure out what is wrong??!!
I ordered two items from a website the items are coming out of the USA to Costa Rica. There is an issue with customs and DHL the shipping company has fucked both myself and the seller (Desertcart) Desertcart and myself have been actively working together to solve the problem but DHL has refused to speak with us or provide any information to us what they are doing is every morning DHL is putting the package through customs and are told it is missing a document over and over??!! <br />
At this time I doubt that I will ever see my order and it is all on DHL.
I ordered two items on 5, Oct 2020 and was scheduled for delivery on the 16th from the states. Desertcart filled the order and shipped it in a very reasonable time.
I am posting this here to show desertcarts does not end their involvement with an order when an item is shipped. I have no issues with desertcart the issue is all on DHL.<br />
