Studapart presents itself as a service aimed at helping students in their housing search, but the reality is quite the opposite. The fees they charge are unjustifiable, especially for a service that is practically non-existent. If you encounter a problem, don’t count on their help: they won’t respond to you or will twist the facts to serve their own interests. Even when the platform is at fault, their priority is collecting reservation fees.<br />

Not only does Studapart completely disregard student safety, but they’re also willing to expose students to risk just to make money. An employee from their tenant service admitted that Studapart doesn’t even check if the properties are located in safe neighborhoods because their only goal is to maximize profits. The properties and neighborhoods undergo no verification, so if you end up in a dangerous area or in substandard housing, Studapart takes no responsibility.<br />

Once you’ve entered your payment details, you’re trapped. Studapart’s abusive and dishonest practices require you to sign the lease, even if the agreed conditions aren’t met or if the property isn’t suitable for you. Cancelled reservation? Forget about getting a refund, even if you never signed the lease or moved into the property. In my case, the landlord herself canceled the lease and requested that Studapart refund me, but the platform deliberately ignored these requests, falsely accusing me of refusing the rental to avoid refunding my reservation fees.<br />

Worse still, Studapart has no problem twisting up facts to suit their narrative. They’ll distort exchanges with landlords to place the blame on tenants, blatantly ignoring their own policies. This manipulation is especially shocking when it’s aimed at knowingly depriving students of their money.<br />

I unfortunately ignored the numerous negative reviews on Studapart found online. I wish someone had warned me about the true nature of this platform.<br />

Go with an agency. They’ll charge similar, if not lower, fees but will allow you to visit the property and guide you through the entire process. It’s a safer and more reliable investment for those looking for housing with peace of mind.
