It is not in and of itself a scam but the host pages have questionable popups so be safe and be prepared to battle with closing those unwanted tabs they open. User beware. It does appear that some real ads are served up but overall use Malwarebytes

An obvious crypto scam, send them crypto to get crypto back, yeah you'll never see it again...
