Defective product, lousy customer service, false claims & sneaky scammers!
I was sent a defective tablet, it has multiple technical issues. I finally got through to tech support. They had me run all kinds of time consuming tests on it & document everything. TWO MONTHS they made me jump through hoops, & completely ignored

Fraudulent charges by them on their own customers CCs SCAM!!!
Ordered a wig & other accessories for my mother, the package was missing one of the accessories & they have ignored our emails about it.
**** But the WORST thing, my mother got a call today from her CC company, apparently there was a $14.95 charge
