I went to this site to complete a title search on my house. The charge for one search was suppose to be $1.00. The information that came up was zilch. Instead of information they had definitions of what should have been available. So I went on live chat. The contact said she would refund my $18.95 and cancel all future charges. I was livid. I did not sign up for a monthly program and the only charge that was visible was for $1.00. Not $18.95 nor future charges of $18.95. I checked my bank online and the charge is against my card with no descriptive information attached. I spoke with a bank representative got the phone number attached to that charge and called them. The name provided for the company was different than the name I first saw online. There is also a site online with the name attached to the phone number but it looks different than the first site I went to. So I am waiting to see if the charge is removed from my card. I think this site was very shady with the pricing. I never saw anything about $18.95 until the live chat when I was told the charge would be cancelled.
