I had an issue with a adsterra network, and when I reached out for support, a guy named Jeff responded. I explained that I needed help with fixing the CPM for advertisers. Instead of addressing my concern, he kept asking for irrelevant details like the website visitors’ country, device, browser, OS, and ad formats. After all that back-and-forth, he finally told me that I wasn’t eligible for a higher CPM because of low traffic, even though I was getting at least 500-1k impressions per day.<br />

Despite multiple messages, Jeff kept insisting that I needed "tier 1 traffic," which was ridiculous since I had already made it clear that my traffic is mainly from India, Bangladesh, and Pakistan. I repeatedly told him that my CPM was stuck at 0.1, which is extremely low considering all the hard work I’ve put in. It's frustrating because, instead of solving my issue, they wasted my time, and Jeff, the support manager, only added to my disappointment.
