Seneca does not have the authority to act on our behalf or conduct any financial services using our regulated license. Seneca has taken liberties in claiming to be a subsidiary of Fius Capital as a legitimate, regulated DFSA business, which we are but they are not. <br />

Their license number is fake and they host a scam website. We have taken steps to get their website taken down. We have also reported the matter to the DFSA for further action. Additionally, we have also referred to the Dubai Police for enforcement and fraudulent use of our good name for investigation.<br />
