I could/should have known...a website with only a phone number and an email address. No visiting address. This is a dropshipping website. you will receive fake track and trace and endless fake updates on the wherabouts of your order. I conclude that gardpro.nl has no clue about the transport status, but keeps sending updates to create the intention that something is happening. In my case nothing was actually delivered, not even after a month. So I tried to get a response from gardpro.nl via email. Postnl was blaimed for getting the item lost. Most answers are standard format , not providing answers to my specific questions, probably an AI chatbot. The service desk cannot trace back your order info with your order number. They keep asking questions about information that is available in their order system, if they have anhy...After 14 emails they promised to send the item again, but could only provide outdated track and trace info, no new order information. The next day, service desk had vergotten everything and restarted again with ‘Thank you for doing business with gardpro....’ Unbelievable. Than refund was promised. Could take some time depending on my bank... Can you guess, correct; nothing received. Don’t do business with this website, stay away. Use google lens with the pictures from the website and you will find the products on cheap Chinese websites ....
