It took over one month and many follow up emails to receive my order. Little to no communication or shipping detail during this time without being initiated on my end.<br />

The dog "sofa" that I ordered is stated to be over 18" tall but is barely 10" at its highest point after 1 week of "fluffing time". Requested a refund as is guaranteed on their site, but was instead offered half of my money or gift certificates and told that it is standard business practice. This is not common practice anywhere.<br />

Support emails came slowly, dragged out about another month, and when I tried to use the gift card that I had been offered it would not work saying that the code had expired. The email with the gift card had specifically stated that the gift card would never expire. No response to emails regarding the expired code.<br />

So...in summary these people are crooks and should be shut down for false advertising and basic theft. Don't be fooled by the selective 5* reviews on their site...take a minute to research outside sources and you'll see many stories like my own. <br />
