I booked with VIPCars a car rental from Naples Capodichino. My flight arrives in Naples at 11 p.m., so I give evidence in the search engine at 23.30 as the presumed start time of the rental. VIPCars offers me an attractive quote, which I book. I point out that in other competing broker search engines, any costs for out-of-hours delivery have ALWAYS been given with great evidence. Upon receiving the voucher, I note that the local rental company was closing at 8 p.m. Contacted by phone, they confirmed the possibility of car rental, with the added expense of a not small charge (50 euros) for out-of-hours delivery. Obviously, the responsibility for the mishap lies not with the local rental company, free to choose its own schedule, but with VIPCars, which did not provide me with the necessary elements to make an optimal choice. Despite my repeated complaints, VIPCars denies any responsibility and does not assume the burden of reimbursing these expenses. Broker very unprofessional and not recommended!!!
