This company is a scam and so are the people who introduce it to you. They stole 1389.00 US dollars from me. Its 40.00USDollars to withdraw your money, then they tell you to upgrade 288.00 if you want your money transaction. You can not get your money back and their is no promise that you will see your money ever again. They tell you it us locked until you pay extra fees you never agreed to. The person aka handler pleads innocent of such actions from the website, when in fact they only stick around to find out what you plan to do. Then they too do not text you back and your left with a fake website that 1/2 the time they don't let you log in. It's a scam, 1. withdraw fees should never exceed the norm. 0.01% or less. 2. No 800 numbers and no address. You are never given a name from customer service. 3. They are rude. I've seen monkeys with better customer service 4. I turned them over to fraud website with the government. 5. I took screen shot of the conversation I had with cust. Service. 6. They go by two names I know of coinsup[removed by editor] or coincasso[removed by editor]. they are both crap. Never use their platform. If you know who owns it let me know. I don't use authorities usually. Yes I'm pissed. I also have a bitcoin address they want me to send extra cash for ransom.
