I ordered bras from Bloommiss[removed by editor] because their return policy indicated no hassle return within 30 days, although buyer pays return shipping. These bras are like bralettes. No support or structure and SUPER thin fabric. There's no way to adjust the straps or band, so the bras just didn't fit anywhere. I requested a refund through the website the day I received the bras and got a response saying I needed to send a photo of the bras, which I did. Then I got an email offering me a 50% return amount plus 50% off another item. I declined and then heard nothing. A week later I called customer service and was told that they would immediately send me return instructions. The instructions offer me a 70% refund to keep the product and get my refund in 3-5 days or return it but "The return fee will vary depending on local post offices, and it is not always a time or cost-effective solution". Not sure what that means, but I returned my items today via express mail with tracking. Not holding my breath on a refund
