My Name is Sheila Nichols, I ordered the Panio Rose Canvas in November 2019, To this date, I still have not received my Canvas, the money was drafted from my account from a company called sezzel. I have emailed texted both companies about me not receiving my Canvas, all they do is keep sending me fake tracking# that gives me false dates of arrival, and the some one name Christine sent a email of a $50:00 coupon to buy more, when I haven't received my first item. Then I get emails stating that they had an overwhelming response of purchases, and there is a delay in shipping. Then just this morning I received an email from Christine at NicheCanvas, giving reviews of all the happy customers who have received there Merchandise, and they are saying it was FAST SHIPPING? Unbelievable! I believe this company NicheCanvas is a scam, sezzle is a scam, they$197.00 of my money, I have ask several times for a refund, to no avail, no response or a live person to talk to. I just found a # to call, not sure how this will work. All I want is my money back. Please be aware not a real company. Fake.
