I paid $143 on 3/8/24 for the renewal of my ESA papers. It is now 3/23/24, a full 2 weeks later, and all I’ve received for my $143 is excuses and no ESA approval or paperwork. I have been a customer for 3 years and deserve to treated so much better than this. You took my money, told me it would take 24-48 hours, and have left me high and dry ever since. Despite repeated attempts to get answers through customer service, every response is a form letter telling me someone is working on it. Never any names, email addresses, or contact information of any kind. You are a bunch of crooks and scam artists.<br />

UPDATE: Received my documents TODAY 3/25/24 and guess what? They are dated 3/09/24. They were completed and available one day after I renewed but, somehow, could not be ELECTRONICALLY DELIVERED, for TWO WEEKS!! Seriously?!
