3 tiers, the top 2 offer high resolution downloads. I went with middle tier for simple logo design. 2nd tier comes with brand formats from word and powerpoint. They are not so good. This is where the problem is. Their so call high resolution downloads are actually low resolution. I tried to build a branding kit at vistaprint with my high resolution 50.00 download. Vista print cannot use it. It says too low of resolution to use. Use different pic. What?????. Ok maybe its just vista print. No its really a low res scam job that you cannot do anything with. There is no customer service and the help button is a joke. This is the first ai design ive ever used and will be the last. Ill pay a human top dollar to make a beautiful design i can copywrite. Ai logos cannot have a copywrite. Waste of money and a half day of my new business. Do yourself a favor. Save your money up and hire a pro artist graphic designer to do it.
