Dealings with this company left me unsatisfied. Seems like they are all automated pack and ship service. Any questions or issues are responded to with basic automated responses. A very good example of "you get what you pay for".
This company has multiple websites (at least 3), selling the same items and sometimes at different pricing. It is really suspect that they have so many sites. When you contact them they are quick to respond but then slow down responding and do not like answering questions about their products and do not like providing any extra pictures. It makes me think they do not have the actual products if they can't answer questions or provide some detailed pictures.

They promise traditional customer service with traditionally handmade products and they do not disappoint at all. <br />
I can not recommend working with this family company enough!
