It's a SCAM site. When you send money, they instantly send you a message telling (There is an error in the transaction). When you send them TX details they never answer.

In case you want to withdraw, they ask you to buy an Ethereum Key from (https://dumpishop.ru/) its price is 130 Russian Rubles. After you get the Eth. Key, the (Kossi.pro) site tells (will pay in 24 hours). Now it's one week and no payment.
