Promises to EU customers delivery in 2 days. The goods are shipped from Chicago. They will arrive probably in 2 months, if ever. One month after the order, still no sign of the package.
Tracking info via an internal page, no chance to see the real shipping company and verify that the package is really on the way. Service chat just tries to acquiesce the customer, without actually providing any help. A time-wasting strategy. At least Paypal payment is offered, I successfully challenged the charge and got my money back.
