SCAM. I am writing this review to share my experience with Bentzens Emporium. On APRIL 11th, (8 months ago) 2023, I placed an order for a collector's doll. Unfortunately, after waiting for 8 months, my order has NOT yet been dispatched.
I have documented all communication with the owner. Despite being assured that my order would be shipped/be in stock within a week, I have encountered persistent delays and unfulfilled promises.<br />

The explanation provided, often citing customs delays and batch processing (some dolls were shipped while leaving other customers without), does not alleviate the company's responsibility to deliver goods in a timely manner. Waiting half a year for an item that was advertised as in-stock/with a short processing time is disappointing. The item is still displayed as in-stock online as of last week which is misleading since I don't have my order after nearly and year. I have evidence of this with date stamps.<br />

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, consumers have the right to expect goods to be delivered within a reasonable timeframe. I believe in upholding these rights and expect a suitable resolution and/or refund.<br />

Additionally, the absence of meaningful updates has added to my frustration. Receiving vague responses indicating that the doll is "in customs" without specific information has not been satisfactory.<br />

Regrettably, my patience has worn thin, and I am left with no option but to let other potential customers aware of this poor experience and loss of personal finds.<br />

To potential customers considering purchases from Bentzens Emporium, BEWARE. My experience has been below par, and I hope that my feedback encourages the company to address these issues and enhance its operations/customer service.
