They are some scammers. In the past they had www.silverstoneassociates and www.horyzon-law[removed by editor], both now closed. I don't understand how they haven't been caught before, but they don't have much left.

Damas is right. Silverstone Associates are an organized crime group. They pretend to be a law firm and give you the impression that they are returning the money you lost in other scams on the Internet. In fact, it helps you lose even more money.
