I bought an item from this site and paid extra for tracked shipping in the 10th Nov. On the 14th I had am email claiming my package had been shipped. On the 26th I emailed to ask for the shipping details. On the 27th they replied to say they did not have them and I should await an email from the wharehouse "in a few working days". On the 5th December I emailed again to say no tracking details and they said they had sent another package. On the 15th I emailed as no tracking info supplied and said I wanted a refund. No response.
