Unlawful company that doesn't pay what you send them. I sent a camera body (1800 euros) using their shipping service, about 3 months ago. They are not answering my calls or my emails, and they won't provide an address (even email address) for my lawyer to send a formal letter. Absolutely illegal. I still haven't received a quote for the camera body or a payment. They also requested the receipt of the camera, which I promptly sent.<br />

The company says the outcome of my payment is dependent on what the shipping service says (the shipping service didn't say anything for 3 months now), but they forget my contract is with them and not with the shipping service. Again, they didn't give me informations on how to file a formal complaint with my lawyer.<br />

At the end of november they contacted me saying they won't pay. They gave the blame to UPS even if the sale contract was with them and not UPS. I can only act with a lawyer from now on. 1800 euros probably gone (if not simply gone, they will be gone in lawyer expenses).
