I made an order for M10+ in wow, order number, it was supposed to be +2 loot traders. What happened was.
1) I was traded once, was supposed to be 2 times
2) It was a cloth item and not a leather as per order
3) It took longer than advertised to complete t

When I contacted customer support I started getting messages like<br />
We traded you 2 times, I provided screenshots that that was not the case.<br />
Loot trader means the same item category as you have, because there is no point for me having a cloth item.<br />
I understand sometimes mistakes happen, but the way customer service handled it is terrible, instead of trying to find a solution, the blame was shifted on me.
