Total scam. They didn't keep their promise and told you if you pay your commission you will get your profits, but that didn't happen and just keep lying to you using the management as an excuse and saying that it is against their policy.

They told you that there is no other fees other than 10% commission, and then right when you about to withdraw, the person told you you have to pay 15% withdraw fee in order to get the profits. Total scam. Be aware. Do not trust them. Scam Scam Scam. Plea
