Ordered may 23. More than a month later nothing arrived. Their website says 5-7 days internatiinal delivery. After a lot of emails basket4ballers say their courier is still investigating where the pack is. Asked for refund but nothing. NEVER BUY AGAIN. TH

I have order item in August. They sent me email with tracking no. The tracking link shows no such item. I have repeatedly emailed them and they have not replied. More than a month now and no item and no answers no refund.
