This company is very unreliable, I have experienced some issues while working with them. They restricted my access to my wallet resulting in me loosing access to all my funds. Despite my numerous attempts to contact their customer service department

They put my hard earned funds on hold.
It’s been weeks and they haven’t contacted me as they said they were gonna do
HORRIBLE customer service. They don’t give answers, they just copy and paste the same message and say they can’t give more
