To resolve this matter, I had to turn to the Better Business Bureau to get a response from Henry Meds, and since then, I've received a credit. However, the entire process was tedious and time-consuming, and I almost ran out of my necessary medication.<br />
This experience led me to explore other options, and I ultimately switched to ReflexMD. Unlike Henry Meds, ReflexMD provided a smoother and more efficient experience. They promptly conducted a brief conversation, arranged the necessary blood tests, and delivered my medication as described.<br />

It's disheartening that an organization might prioritize cash flow over serving its clients, leading to significant delays in providing essential healthcare services.
