I ordered a CD box set. They claim it was sent, but I never got anything. After a while I filed a PayPal claim. Two months passed and I finally got an email from Laila at Grooves.Land asking me to cancel my PayPal claim, so they could send me a replacement product. She said this was "standard." Like a fool, I followed her instructions. <br />

Then she requested proof that I cancelled the claim. So I sent her the PayPal notices to the effect. They she responded by saying they need confirmation that I cancelled my claim and I have to wait. It's now been several weeks and they just keep delaying and delaying, with no end in sight. It's as if they are deliberately trying to delay this, hoping I'll get tired of pursuing this. I also just noticed the Grooves.Land Facebook page is full of negative comments from other customers who were scammed by them.
